From January 11 to 12, 2025, FARET Group successfully convened its 2024 Annual Review, 2025 Business Plan and Three-Year Strategic Release Conference. Leaders from the Group headquarters, heads of business units, and the management team gathered to comprehensively review the outstanding achievements of 2024 and summarize key experiences.

As the calendar turns and spring approaches, FARET Group successfully hosted its 2025 Spring Festival Gala under the theme “Harnessing Momentum for Long-Term Vision, Embarking on a New Journey — Welcoming the Year of the Snake with Grand Aspirations.”The events were held on January 22 in Tianjin and January 23 in Guangdong. This celebration not only honored the dedication and outstanding achievements of the past year, but also marked a new beginning as all FARET employees move forward with clear plans and firm determination toward higher goals, jointly opening a new chapter of growth and development.
· February 2025: FARET Group’s Guangdong Business Unit, New Energy Business Unit, Sales Company, and Tianjin Business Unit Officially Commenced Operations
With the New Year ushering in new beginnings, FARET Group' s business units celebrated a successful commencement of operations on February 5, 2025 (the 8th day of the Lunar New Year). In 2025, FARET Group' s New Energy Business Unit supported the successful grid connection of multiple energy storage projects, including key sites in Yunnan, Suqian (Jiangsu), Guangzhou Baiyun, and Foshan. Leveraging its independently developed advanced battery energy storage thermal management systems, FARET delivers outstanding stability and performance, providing reliable for the safe and efficient operation of large-scale energy storage power stations, and continuing to contribute professional expertise to the development of the national green energy system.

On June 13, 2025, FARET (Tianjin) organized a company-wide safety knowledge quiz competition.Through learning via competition, the event effectively promoted safety production regulations and practical operational knowledge, further strengthening employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and reinforcing the foundation of the Company's safe production system.
· June 2025: FARET Group Successfully Held the Integrated Production–R&D–Sales Project Summary and Commendation Conference
On June 26, 2025, FARET Group grandly held the summary and commendation conference for its integrated Production–R&D–Sales project in Panyu, Guangzhou, and Wuqing, Tianjin. Looking back on the project' s journey since its official launch in October 2023, the project team overcame numerous challenges and successfully put the system into operation in November 2024.
After months of continuous optimization, all system functions now fully meet operational requirements, laying a solid foundation for FARET Group' s efficient development and digital transformation.
· July 2025: FARET Group Successfully Held the Lean Operations Kickoff Conference
On July 15, 2025, FARET Group convened the Lean Operations Kickoff Conference, officially sounding the call to deepen lean management, eliminate waste, and improve operational efficiency. · July 2025: FARET Group Successfully Held the 2025 Mid-Year Review Conference
On July 16, 2025, FARET Group held its 2025 Mid-Year Review Conference in Panyu, Guangzhou. Leaders from the Guangdong Business Unit, Tianjin Business Unit, Sales Company, New Energy Business Unit, and Group headquarters gathered to review the work of the first half of 2025 and summarize key experiences.
Mr. Zhang Jianfa, Chairman of FARET Group, attended the meeting in person, highly commended the achievements of each business unit in the first half of the year, and outlined strategic priorities for the second half of 2025. · September 2025: KYT Hazard Prediction Training Kickoff and Fire Drill Successfully Conducted
On September 12, 2025, FARET Group successfully held the kickoff meeting for KYT (Hazard Prediction Training) and conducted a large-scale fire emergency drill concurrently. On November 26, 2025, FARET Group' s Panyu base hosted a dynamic safety production knowledge competition. · December 2025: FARET Group Successfully Held the Innovation Essay Awards Ceremony and Three-Year Innovation Management Plan Release Conference
On December 1, 2025, FARET Group successfully held the Innovation Essay Awards Ceremony and the Three-Year Innovation Management Plan Release Conference simultaneously in Guangzhou and Tianjin. Members of innovation teams from all business units and functional centers, the innovation expert panel, the Innovation Management Committee, and core talents gathered to jointly witness innovation achievements, discuss institutional support mechanisms, and map out the future blueprint.
