On June 26, 2025, the FARET Group's Integrated Production, R&D, and Sales Project Summary and Commendation Conference was grandly held in Panyu, Guangzhou, and Wuqing, Tianjin. Looking back on the journey since the project's official launch in October 2023, the team overcame countless challenges to successfully bring the system online in November 2024. After months of continuous optimization, all functionalities now meet operational needs, laying a solid foundation for FARET Group's efficient development and digital transformation.

Project Summary Report on the DIGIWIN Project

During the project summary session, He Yaoxin, Director of FARET Group's Information Center, emphasized that the project successfully established a digital foundation covering the entire "R&D, Production, Supply, Sales, and Service" chain. This achievement enables core systems such as T100 ERP, Cloud Warehouse, PLM, and BI to operate in efficient synergy. However, during the construction phase, the integration, entry, and transfer of vast amounts of complex data posed significant challenges, creating major obstacles to the project's progress. Faced with these difficulties, the team persevered, devised solutions, and ultimately overcame every hurdle.

Project Summary Report on the PLM Project

Zhong Zhipeng, Deputy General Manager of FARET Group and Director of the R&D Center, detailed the arduous process of the system's launch. Spanning five critical phases over 13 months, each step was a testament to the team's dedication and ingenuity. Leveraging their strengths and collaborating closely, the team achieved an impressive data accuracy rate of 98% upon launch, ensuring the system's stable operation.
