FARET Group Innovation Essay Awards Ceremony & Three-Year Innovation Management Plan Launch Successfully Held

On December 1, 2025, the FARET Group Innovation Essay Awards Ceremony and the Three-Year Innovation Management Plan Launch were successfully held in both Guangzhou and Tianjin. Innovation team members from each business division and center, the Innovation Expert Group, the Innovation Management Committee, and core staff gathered together to witness innovation achievements, discuss institutional support, and draw a blueprint for the future.

FARET Group R&D Center – R&D Department II, PLM Engineer: Cai Zaisheng

PLM Engineer Cai Zaisheng expressed his honor in receiving the Second Prize for the Innovation Essay. He thanked the company for providing an innovation platform that allowed him to share his achievements in project management innovation. Looking ahead, he and his team plan to integrate past innovation experience with AI to achieve intelligent project management.

FARET Group Finance Center – Tianjin Base, Finance Representative: Sun Yiqi

Sun Yiqi shared her understanding of innovation: breaking conventional thinking, actively learning new skills, and applying them at work to enhance efficiency and embrace practice. Going forward, she will continue accumulating financial data resources to empower the Finance Department in supporting the Group' s goals of “stable development, strong foundations, risk control, and enhanced capability.”

FARET Group Guangdong Business Division – Quality Department Director: Lai Wenyu

Director Lai Wenyu shared his insights and practices on innovation in the field of quality. He believes quality innovation is neither rigidly following rules nor overturning everything, but breaking traditional mindsets to create new combinations—using better methods to solve daily problems and create value. He shared two examples of innovation practices and encouraged all employees to participate, emphasizing that optimizing details drives company growth.

Release of the Three-Year Innovation Management Plan & Summary Mobilization

Speech by Lin Li, Director of the General Office, FARET Group

Lin Li stated that the release of the Innovation Management System is a key step in building a company-wide innovation ecosystem. The system defines five categories of innovation and compliance standards, establishes a three-level management structure, standardizes full-process online operations, and provides multi-dimensional incentives and fault-tolerant mechanisms to safeguard innovation. She encouraged all employees to actively participate and integrate innovation into daily work to support the Group’s high-quality development.


Speech by Zhong Zhipeng, Deputy General Manager & Director of the R&D Center, FARET Group

Deputy GM Zhong Zhipeng emphasized that the Group’s Three-Year Innovation Management Plan is built around the core philosophy of “talent as the lifeblood, technology as the wings, culture as the foundation, and mechanism as the backbone.” The vision is to become a leader in the intelligent low-carbon thermal management era by the end of 2028. Zhong elaborated on the goals of the three-year innovation plan and called on all employees to pursue innovation with determination and execution—embedding innovation into the company’s DNA, developing a company-wide innovation ecosystem, and making innovation the driving force behind exponential growth.

Speech by He Yaoxing, General Manager, FARET Group

General Manager He Yaoxing stated that innovation is key to breaking internal competition and aligning with the national 15th Five-Year Plan. It is essential for individuals, enterprises, and the nation, and is also the core philosophy of the Group’s development. Innovation must be driven from a strategic perspective. He emphasized breaking hierarchical thinking, overcoming cognitive limitations, and adopting the “Four Innovations” mindset to continuously learn and improve. The Group will continue to cultivate an innovation ecosystem and hopes all colleagues will work together to make innovation the engine of high-quality development and jointly embrace a new future for innovation-led growth.
