At the conference, Chairman Zhang Jianfa fully affirmed the work achievements of the first half and provided important guidance for the company's future development. Looking back at the first half, he noted that the numerous challenges brought by market changes were overcome through proactive planning and strenuous efforts, leading to the current results. Among these achievements, lean management and IT construction have realized dual improvements in management efficiency and operational quality. He expressed the expectation that in the second half, everyone would focus their efforts precisely to address shortcomings. Simultaneously, he stressed the critical importance of prioritizing intellectual property rights (IPR) construction, building a solid barrier for the enterprise's IPR to avoid potential legal risks. He also emphasized that clearly defining talent acquisition and retention strategies is crucial for the company's development.
